Expert Bike Service and Repair
Mountain, gravel, road, triathlon or everyday riding, our techs take pride in getting it right. From routine tune-ups and full overhauls to restorations and complex mountain bike suspension, we’ll explain what your bike really needs and help you choose what fits your ride and budget. We aim to have bikes back in 3 to 4 business days after you approve the quote. We’re an authorized dealer and service center for some of the top brands in the industry.

Before you buy any bike, talk to people who work on hundreds of them every year. We’ll give you the good, the bad and the ugly, even on brands we carry, and walk you through what it really costs to own and maintain. Sometimes a good service is the better call. When it’s time for something new, we’ll help you find the right bike or plan a custom build.
Pick Up and Drop Off Bike Service
Short on time or don’t have a bike rack? We’ll pick up your bike from home or work and bring it back serviced and ready to ride. You don’t even need to be home. Prefer to come by the shop? That works too.

Biked started with a simple idea: bike service should be easier, faster, and built around the rider. What began as a small garage operation in Grand Rapids has grown into a destination for riders across the region. Riders drive in from across Michigan and throughout the Midwest to have their suspension serviced, get their bike overhauled, buy a bike, work with us directly on a custom build, or take a Biked Academy class.
